Origin
The son of lighthouse keeper Tom Curry and Atlantean queen Atlanna, young Arthur Curry was banished from Atlantis due to his blond hair. Arthur, having telepathic powers that allowed him to communicate with sea life, was raised in the ways of the sea by the dolphin Porm, and later found and educated by his surface-dweller father. In adulthood, Arthur took the name Aquaman, became protector of the seven seas, and was recognized as the rightful king of Atlantis.
